We very much enjoyed this hotel. It is in a small village away from the super busy tourist areas of Goreme. The hotel is very cool and has many peaceful patios to relax. The staff is excellent and the service is superb. We will visit again. I also suggest allowing the hotel to arrange your plans in the area. The guide was excellent and made the visit much more interesting. They also helped us with airport transportation.

Beyond a 5-star experience

The best hotel experience we have ever had. The place is phenomenal, the food is great and the service is beyond any 5-star expectation. Absolutely fantastic. The hotel manager, Akin, helped me organize and facilitate my marriage proposal and did so by going above and beyond. My no fiancé are eternally grateful for Akin’s help and personal touch.

It’s a very unique experience, very good food, excellent ambience! I did not see any elevators, so prepare to take your luggage up and downstairs if your room is upstairs! This is not inside the city you are nowhere near any major attractions, you will have to find a way to get to the major attractions like Hot Air Balloon and the underground caves, etc.

Cappadocia is a historical treasure and the cave hotel did not disappoint. Communication prior to our arrival was excellent and when we finally arrived the accommodations were exceptional. From the warm reception by the hotel manager, cozy bedroom design and amenities, delicious meals, and excellence in customer services, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff arranged transfers, tours, massages, and dining experiences for us throughout our stay and it truly alleviated any frustration we may have experienced in town. The hotel manager Akin went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by upgrading our room and even sending us complimentary glasses of wine during dinner. Everyone at the hotel was extremely hospitable and you can tell they take pride in their work and the presentation of the facilities. Overall very pleased with the property cleanliness, offerings, staff, and quality of food. This was a girls only trip, but we are all looking forward to coming back with our significant others in the future. Loved it!

It truly is a 'Cave' hotel and it even houses an old Church from the Byzantine time on the grounds. If you cannot climb steps, this is not the place for you - keep that in mind. Also, if you are looking to be in the center of the city with all the restaurants and shopping, you must have a vehicle or be ready to pay for a cab. Also, not all the tour companies were willing to come to this hotel even though it is only 25 min. away from their downtown. We loved the fact that they kept all the old caves and converted them to a hotel room and each room is unique. The breakfast spread is unbelievable and also the staff is impacable. We had dinner 2 nights in the only restaurant and all the food was excellent and very reasonably priced.

Gamirasu Cave Hotel is tucked away in a peaceful, tranquil setting, and offers a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a King Suite, which made the experience even more memorable. The room was stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and unlike any hotel room we’ve stayed in, combining authentic cave character with real comfort and privacy including private sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast each morning was fresh, varied, and clearly homemade with care. What truly distinguished the experience was the hospitality. Management and staff were exceptional, warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a wonderful stay, and provided with support and transportation required for planned activities. The only considerations for future guests are practical rather than experiential: the hotel’s peaceful seclusion means it is somewhat removed from many of the main tourist sites which requires ample planning for transportation timing; and, as with many authentic cave properties, there are quite a few stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. That said, if you’re looking for an authentic, serene and genuine Cappadocia experience with distinctive accommodations and truly outstanding service and team, Gamirasu is an easy recommendation.

Firstly, I was warmly greeted by the Manager. The site is simply spellbinding, a once in a lifetime experience. Never even dreamt in my lifetime I’d sleep in a luxurious cave dwelling. An area packed with religious significance and being able to see Byzantine frescos on the walls, I was most mystified. Didn’t get a chance to book a tour to visit the open church, this was surely an unexpected surprise. The only caveat was the grilled sea bass ordered, the fish was not at all fresh. Felt terrible returning it as did not want to be the typical American tourist. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but there was no direct guidance, Did not know I could order eggs to be done as per my liking; aside from this, everything was a delight and if God gives more life and health, would love to bring my grandchildren to ride balloons and stay in this most enchanting cave dwelling. ❤️🇹🇷Gürup

Geçirdiğimiz en güzel otel deneyimlerinden birisi oldu, çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü, bizi özellikle bu çok memnun etti, odamız yeterince sessizdi, havuzun tasarımını, otelin manzarasını ve ağaçlandırmasını çok beğendik, hayran kaldık, havuzun ısıtma sayesinde akşam 9'a kadar kullanılabilmesi de çok iyi bir yanı, çok kısa süre kalmamıza rağmen mutlaka hatırlayacağımız bir tatilimiz oldu.

Gamirasu Cave Hotel’de konaklamamızdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Otelin atmosferi, odaları, çalışanların ilgisi ve sunduğu deneyim gerçekten harikaydı. Tek olumsuz nokta kahvaltıydı. İlk gün sunulan kahvaltı oldukça lezzetli ve çeşitliydi, ancak sonraki günlerde kalite belirgin şekilde düştü. Kahvaltılar ortalamanın altında, hatta zaman zaman vasat denilebilecek seviyedeydi. Bunun dışında her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle huzurlu ortamı ve misafirperverliği sayesinde tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.
