The hotel was OK. It delivers what you'd expect according to it's price point. Beach access and pool were the highlights. Lowlights include the service - majority of staff unfriendly and look like they'd rather be somewhere else. Drinks were bad, the beer was the only thing that was drinkable, the cocktails were atrocious. Food was ok but a bit repetitive and many guests would push and shove others out of the way to get their fix, something akin to pigs at the trough.

The air-conditioning options in the room were inadequate. At check-in, I mentioned twice that the air-conditioning system wasn’t working properly to lower the temperature in the room. Furthermore, when I chose the all-inclusive option, I didn’t anticipate that they would serve the world’s poorest-quality drinks.

It was very clear that the entire facility was in a cost-cutting phase. All-inclusive hotels usually are, but this one was something else. There were usually long lines at bars and non-standard food items at meals. Some public restrooms closed off entirely. Little to no entertainment, especially at evenings. Very basic bar staples such as diet cola and ice were usually scarce. They quickly ran out of anything halfway special. "We don't have" and "we ran out" were things we heard so much. The staff was friendly and helpful, but very few in number. Looked overworked. Bad music blaring until midnight from next door hotel. I mean, I do not usually complain about noise, but this was something else. Some nights, karaoke from visitors entirely void of talent was blasted at full volume. And I mean FULL VOLUME Again, from neighboring hotels because nothing fun at this one. Overall, not worth the price. Sad to say. The place has potential otherwise.

Odamizdaki kuvet temiz degildi, Odanin kapi pervazi dusup duruyordu ve kapi kilidinde sorun vardi her gun takilma yasadik,erkek arkadasim yapili oldugu icin sert kapatmis oldugundan tutukluk yspildigini soylemeleri de ayrica enteresandi🙄 Kokteyllerini cok kaliteli bulamadim ama calisan barmen arkadaslarin yaklasimi iyiydi. Odamiz temizleniyordu onda sikinti yoktu. Resepsiyondaki ekibi biraz soguk buldum cok yogun olduklari icin ilgisiz gibi davrandilar ki suan sezon yogun degil. Tekrar konaklamayi dusunmeyebilirim.

Odaların genişliği ve terası denizi görmesi güzel fakat havlular ve perdeler temizliği konusunda çelişkiliydi. Çalışanların hepsi yardımsever ve kibarlardı . Özellikle animasyon ekibi ve denizin oradaki restaurant kısmında çalışanlar hepsi ilgililerdi. genel yemek ve kahvaltı kısmında biraz daha geliştirilebilir , fiyat performans oteli olduğu için ve bizi idare ettiği için ne iyi ne kötü yorum yapabiliyorum .

Ana restoranda yemek yerden 2 yaşında bebeğim için içecek sadece ayran fakat garsonlar gidip snack bar'dan alıp gelmem gerektiğini iletti. Tüm içecekler varken ayranın olmamasını yadırgadık açıkcası. Genel anlamda otel fiyat performas bakımından güzel. Birde her yerde tek bir çalışan var ve birşeyler almak zaman alıyor maalesef.

Merhabalar, otel genel olarak temiz ve güzeldi, yemekler lezzetliydi ama içkiler ehh diyebilirim. Personeller güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklıydı. Animasyon da Deniz Bey ve Mert Bey çok iyilerdi her gün farklı bir aktivite ve eğlence vardı. Ayrıca Erkan Bey'e ve Mikail Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz. Herkesin emeğine sağlık tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Aracımı park etmek için otelin arka kısmına çekmemi istediler. Sonrasında telefon açarak aracımı düzelteceklerini anahtarı resepsiyona vermemi istediler bende bıraktım. 4 .gün sonunda aracımı otelinde arka cadde tarafına gelişi güzel bırakmışlar ancak aracımın ön tarafında ufak bir hasar fark ettim önemli değil diyerek ayrıldım ancak aracımı yıkattığımda ön tampon çatlak sağ ön far ayakları kırılmış. Otel girişinde valizime yardım edildi ve iyi bir bahşiş bıraktım ancak çıkışta yüzüme bile bakmadılar. Animasyon ekibi ilgili. 2.gün sabah kahvaltısı sonrası çayımızı alarak odaya çıkmak istedik ancak arkacımızdan koşan görevli kadın çalışan fincanları ne yapıyorsunuz bununla odaya çıkamazsınız dedi ve tüm insanlar bize baktı. Kendimizi hırsız gibi hissettik. Odadaki karton bardaklar ile çay içemeyeceğimizi bunun sağlıklı olmadığını 5 yıldızlı otelin bu hizmeti bize karşılamasını gerektiğini söylesem de bardakları bırakmak zorunda kaldık. Böyle güzel bir otelde yaşadığım bu deneyim beni hiç ama hiç memnun etmedi. Aslında yazmak istediğim çok şey var ama boşa giden 4 gecem geri gelmeyecek.
