located on the beach and convenient for the Kos ferry port, this hotel has very friendly staff, big clean rooms and is in a nice quiet location.. a good breakfast buffet had local and standard fare with self service juice, coffee and tea.

Though excellent location for quietness and not being in the busy town centre but on a flat & short walk to the to town restaurants/bars/shops/cafes & taxi rank if required. A key plus of having its own section of the local beach right in front of the hotel, was a key factor in its choice. However, its clearly a hotel mainly geared for Turkish guests & definitely one not suitable for non Turkish speaking guests. Attempted tele calls by myself & hotels.com prior to holiday were either not answered or advised that a call back to be made at a time to speak with someone who spoke English. On actual arrival this proved the same at certain times of day & night. However, we got by. Breakfast very geared to Turkish guests dietary preferences, however their bread was aways fresh & tasty preserves but other than water melon no other fruit served. The beach loungers are not as shown in the photographs & pool ones also rather tired and grubby in look. A number of the reception staff ignored any greeting and mostly didn't acknowledge your presence as you passed. Twice cleaner staff turned up at 4pm to clean the room, which we declined and always had to ask for the room to be cleaned and request fresh towels. As a British guest, we certainly felt like a 2nd class citizen, especially with a couple of male staff who responded more proactively with single female guests. Likewise one interrupted us at reception whilst checking in and the receptionist stopped serving us with no apology.

It's a beach hotel at an amazing location which therefore isn't updated or up to date in many ways, think very loud housekeeping staff, a leaking roof etc. The owners lived across from our room in their little rooftop chamber in the hotel, they don't seem to manage the place or care whatsoever. There are staff at the beach who can't speak Turkish or English which is extremely odd. Despite everything, it is one of the prettiest views and that's this hotel's backbone.

Great for its location. Room needs some work-shiped wall,broken board, rusty faucet. Hotel ran out of water twice, which was shocking!. Booked room with pool and sea view, very noisy-kids running around and playing in the pool early morning. Was not able to sleep in comfortably. Beach access is very convenient. Staff were nice. Alcohol from outside the hotel bar is not allowed! Double prices compared to the liquor store just next to the hotel, which is a complete rip off. Breakfast was good. Overall not bad.

The hotel is in a great location with direct access to the beach, where towels, umbrellas, and sun loungers are provided. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the manager is great. The rooms have everything you need, though they aren't cleaned daily. Breakfast is included in the price—the selection is rather limited, but is ok. Overall, a good, clean hotel that's worth staying in for few nights :) Thank you
