What a relaxing stay!

I recently stayed at İkbal Hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Hacer from the hamam was absolutely amazing—she made the entire spa experience so relaxing and rejuvenating. Egemen at the reception went above and beyond by meeting us upon arrival, helping with our luggage, and ensuring a seamless check-in process. As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say their check-in and check-out processes are the best I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was outstanding—all made from fresh, local Turkish produce, which was a delight to experience. The hotel seems to cater more towards locals, which was perfect for us as Turkish speakers. The spa and thermal water facilities were absolutely fantastic—I left feeling like a million dollars after just a one-day stay! I highly recommend İkbal Hotel for anyone seeking a peaceful, authentic, and luxurious getaway in Afyonkarahisar. Can’t wait to return!

Hotel Ikbal, what can I say 😄The hotel staff is ok, the manager Ibrahim is super friendly. for Ibrahim we give 10 .The lobby and restaurant are nice and clean. The food in the resort is ok. We booked a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, we got a room that smelled of smoke like an old pub. The furniture in the room is very old and dirty, the bathroom was dirty. We were honestly shocked. We could not get another room because, as they told us, the hotel was full. The hammam and indoor pool were also dirty. What we can positively say about the hotel is that the outside area is beautiful, the outdoor pool and the surroundings are is full of greenery and well maintained. Another positive thing is the Bali massage ,the girls from Bali were kind and professional. Unfortunately, this hotel is not even for 3 stars.

Absolutely fantastic stay at İkbal once again! This was our fifth time at this property and every time it is amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is excellent and the spa is why we keep coming back! Also the staff here are professional and always friendly.

Konakladığımız diğer otellere göre Kahvaltı çeşiti az, akşam yemeği de aynı. Bu kadar az çeşit bu otele yakıştıramadım. Akşam yemeğinde garsonların getirdiği içecekler ücretliymiş bi anlam veremedim. Sabah kahvaltıda taze sıkım portakal suyu da ücretliydi. Bu konuda çözüm üretmeleri lazım. Lobi ve dinlenme alanlarında içecek ve ikramlıklar çok iyiydi. Odalar çok temiz , yüzme ve spa da çok temiz. Klozetlerin kapakları yavaş kapanmalı bi anda kapanınca insan bi korkuyor yani.

İkbal termal konaklama yeri olarak iyi seviyede Ancak yemekler ve mutfak konusunda vasat duruma dönmüş. Sunulan yemek çeşit ve lezzet yönünden iyi değildi. Yeşillikler meyveler tatlılar çeşit olsun diye konulmuş görünüyor. Yeşillikler iyi yıkanmamış. İkbal lezzet lokantası gibi bir işletme sahibinin daha özenli olması beklenir.

Öncelikle sabah saatlerinde otelde olacağımı, ve mümkünse odayı erken alabilirmiyim diye mesaj yazmıştım. Nezaketle, ellerinden geleni yapacaklarını il etmişlerdi. Ve saat sabah 9.30 da odama giriş yapmış olmak çok ince bir davranıştı. Herşey eksıksız odalar temız ısınma mükemmel di. Havuz hamam spa çok keyıflıtdı. Personel gayet kibardı. Kısaca daha önce de tercih ettiğim otel beni yine yanıltmadı.
