Great hotel, room was lovely, incredibly spacious. I was a solo traveller and all the staff mad me feel right at home. The breakfast was great, many options and great seating area. The pool, sauna, steam room and fitness studios are of a high standard and well worth using while staying at the hotel

Great property, easily 4-5 stars! Great breakfast! Everything as you’d expect from such a place! Amazing gym! A real, nicely equipped, not some crappy gear just to have it and say “we have a gym”! Very nice SPA! Really, nothing to complain about! Excellent price too (especially if you stay here for skiing in Erciyes)

8/10 Very good

High comfort in Kayseri

Very comfortable hotel with high level service and attentive personnel. SPA and gym are great. A bit more of maintenance would be appreciated....air conditioner fan is quite noisy, and shower head mostly obstructed. Anyhow a good choice in town.

Check-in was quick with free valet parking. The lobby exudes a characteristic, modern and calm atmosphere. Staff at the hotel reception is friendly, businesslike but also genuinely interested in the guest. We booked with breakfast included. Our room was on the 13th floor. (executive floor). Spacious with clean decoration and furniture. Carpet on the floor. King size bed, bedside tables, small desk, spacious sofa, relax chair and marble side table. Plenty of storage for clothing, safe, an -empty- fridge, iron board, coffee maker (Nespresso) and -unnecessarily- tree phones. The bathroom -tile floor- was spacious with rain shower and some amenities. Just lacking toothbrushes witch, I think should be a standard item. Bathrobes and slippers are also available. No wear and tear visible. The airco was working well.

Hello. Today, Wednesday, February 4th, I called the hotel to claim a jacket I left in the room's linen closet. The young man who answered my call at 11:35 am hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. I have no answers or attention
