I stayed at this hotel and I couldn’t believe how clean the place looked and how amazing the staff was. Especially Indiana she was such a charm and very helpful! She provided more than what she should have and made sure everything’s was always good. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here!

Nice couple getaway weekend.

Although I booked the Premium King room somehow the bed seemed smaller than a king sized bed. Either way the bed was still comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to work but we didn’t care much because the purpose of our stay was to disconnect from everything. The rooftop pool felt amazing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Since the moment you walked to the hotel, all you hear is people complaining with the manager. The front desk people are very nice. Therefore, you have to pay hotel resource after that you don’t even get an umbrella you have to pay for the umbrella you get only two chairs per. this is not the best place to stay if you wanna avoid complaints go to a different hotel.

The Berkeley Hotel was great and well located between the Miami Beach Convention Center, and the busy South Beach restaurants, nightlife and hotel on Collin St. Close enough to everything but nested on a safe quiet street between it all. Cesar at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He genuinely cared about making our stay in Miami enjoyable and was happy to help with suggestions were needed. Would, highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

The service at this hotel is truly what makes me rate it 5 stars. Every single person on staff is so helpful. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Rooms are simple but have all the amenities you need — dry cleaning, daily house keeping, fully stocked mini bar, restaurant, etc. Valet always brought our car quickly. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would come back!
