There are many flies & insects getting in the room and installing fly screens to be able to keep the windows open isn’t a big ask!!! Specially when the rooms don’t have air conditioning!!

8/10 Very good

Gerne wieder......

Wir genossen einfach die Zeit im Hotel. Abwechslung zum Alltag war schon dringend nötig.

6/10 Good

This Hotel is not meant for business travel. The room had no iron or iron board, I was told by the hotel that I have to go to their laundry dept where an iron would be available. Also the shower head was in middle of bathtub, however no proper water protection for bathroom. Word of advice, if booking is made via Expedia, the hotel is not the friendliest or helpful as they casually say "you booked via Expedia, so we cannot help with your booking". Sad as the hotel seemed very nice and friendly on paper.

Lovely hotel

Very clean hotel. They checked us in when we arrived early. Quiet and calm stay. Lovely authentic breakfast and relaxing bar to have a drink in before going to bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shower in the room was amazing. Hotel is in a great location to explore Baden from with the tiwn only a 2 min walk away and a goregeous park next door.
