Room was quite small for its price and cleanliness could be improved, there were squashed bugs on the wall in my room. Great location for if you are visiting Fuji Q Highland

Absolutely adored this property, highly recommend booking a Mountain View room. There is also a shuttle to take you to areas you want to be in which is nice. Very clean, enjoyed the onsen as well! A great place to take a break from the bustling city.

A stunning view of Fuji mountain from room & restaurant windows. Prepared extra beds for us because we stayed 3 people. A lady staff who helped us to carry luggages from a car and to a car. A very delicious Italian restaurant in the hotel area.

The room was very large by Japanese standards and very comfortable. The onsen was very good. I definitely recommend all except the Macaroni restaurant which is my only complaint. Service here was exremely slow and arrived at the table randomly, and the food was okay but not worth it.

This is an amazing place to stay in and around Mt Fuji, we had the best view straight from our hotel window! The room was extremely clean and was very comfortable to stay in. There is the FujiQ Highland park right next door and a train station nearby to take you into Lake Kawaguchiko where there are great dining options and a beautiful lake to look at, I would definitely stay here again!
