Great location very close to the Train station!

Clean room and great location but only two small toilet and shower booths for all rooms to share. The showers were unclean and smelled badly of urine. High prize for what you get, do not recommend!

Room was clean and didn’t get any noise from outside, the location was amazing, right in the centre of everything. Only negatives were if rooms next to you opened their door it sounded like it was your door being opened and the toilet always seemed to be blocked which was a bit offputting at times.

I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers looking for an affordable and clean place to stay. You have your own bed in the cabin, which offers privacy even if you're sharing the room with others. The shower and toilet are also thoroughly cleaned. The conversation with the hotel staff was smooth. Overall, this stay provides great value for the price.

Excellent location, just opposite the train station and a stone's throw from Tivoli and the shopping/dining area. Room was small but clean and well-maintained. Only drawback was the strict adherence to check-in time and lack of baggage storage facility.

Good location and set up. The bathrooms can be done better.

Terrible stay, the cabin was dirty even the blanket. All the structure was very dirty, the shower very small. The position is great, right in the middle pf the city, near the Tivol Park.

Pretty nice basic hostel

Two bathroom lf which one has two stalls. As a fat person only the stallös were just about big enough for me to use them. Beyond that it was easy to get to the room with the code for two outer doors and two internal doors. The stair way isnt great if you have a heavy/big suitcase. No elevator or reception to get help from with the luggage. Very close to the Copenhagen central station. It did get a little loud at night and in the morning due to issues with closing the doors both on our side and the side of other guests coming and going.

I dont like its the same code both in the street the door and for the rooms😅 whats the point of multiple locks then?? Spooky. It was nice and chilly, the window was open all night, and was windy, so no idea if the air thing people complain about works or not. Sadly if you wanted to talk at all you would have to go outside because inside its quiet zone.. felt akward. It said my “room” wouldnt get service which i was fine with to not get interupted, yet the cleaning lady opened my cabin in the morning, but she quickly locked it again when she realized i was in there.. otherwise fine, okay for the price, pretty clean.

Price and location great

Great option if you just need a place to sleep. Location is right next to railway station, though a bit hard to find. Didn't get my door code and didn't notice it until i was at the door. Luckily the support was easily reached by phone and problem solved. Slept in capsule for a first time, which was a great experience. Noice from other guests came through the nibht, especially doors slamming but after midnight it got quiet.

It’s not in the location that it shows in Apple Maps, making finding it difficult when first arriving. Showers smelled like piss like other reviewers commented, when I went out for a run the first morning, I was immediately confronted by a homeless person, trying to open the door and asking to use. And drunk passed out homeless people would sleep on the stairs you walked by. The door stop in the room is also positioned perfectly to stub your toe on. If you’re going to Copenhagen and can afford better, definitely look elsewhere! Don’t cheap out, because it did feel unsafe. Location is convenient for the train and Tivoli gardens!

Good room but unacceptable toilet facilities

Review for a private room with double bed The room was good and the bed was good and comfortable, nothing more to wish. The problem was the toilet facilities that aren't on an acceptable level. There were three toilets all in all. Two of them in cubicles in a common area with sinks outside, the problem with these were that the walls end half a foot above the floor so privacy is limited, to say the least. The other toilet, which is secluded, is so narrow that you can't spread your legs even to take care of the most basic hygien. I've often stayed at hotels with shared toilets, mostly in Britain, but never experienced anything this undignified.

A few problems with the PIN code

Had a few issues with the PIN code for entry: I first didn’t receive the email with the PIN code on the checkin day, so had to call them to be able to get in. They said this could be due to a communication problem with Hotels.com. On the day of checkout, I left my capsule at around 7:30am to go to the bathroom, and found that my code didn’t work anymore when trying to go back in… had to call them again to sort it out. Fortunately the issue was always sorted out quickly by phone but I think this problem of PIN codes expiring before checkout should be fixed. Another person had the same problem as me an hour later, and had left his phone in his capsule, so he had to ask for someone’s phone to call them. Apart from that, the capsule was clean, spacious enough for one person, and the experience was very good for the price.

Okay for a place to sleep if, for example, you have train connections. The room was super tiny, with basically just enough space for the bed, but the bed itself was comfortable. It was easy to check in late in the evening thanks to the access codes provided. It would have been nice to have some kind of common area or kitchen.

I stayed in a capsule, it was too hot, the fan/ac didn’t work. When trying to contact the “reception” emails went unanswered, and calls not picked up. The reception isn’t on site, so there’s no staff to talk to in person. Being a hostel type accommodation it was really loud with other guests coming and going at all hours. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep. The location is great, the showers were fine, as were the toilets. Never had a wait to use either

I want to be the most possible objective. Checking in and the lack of anyone there who was actually there to help you caused unnecessary stress and a lot of emotions, fear (that I suddenly have to look for another place to stay... and time flies...), disappointment (that the woman from the hostel answers the phone, promises to send you the details enabling entry to the hostel and accommodation, but then doesn't) and anger (that you repeatedly send a message to the hostel via Expedia and every time you get an info "retry" and all what you wrote, dissapeared...so propably there is some gap in the connection between Expedia and the Hostel / you call again the Hostel, but nobody is taking the phone / you send an SMS message directly to the Hostel phone number and no one ever replies / you stay 1.5h trying to get in contact with somebody responsible from the Hostel, there is darker, colder, later...and nobody cares..... finally, after chatting with Expedia, waiting next 18 minuts on the phone with Expedia... you get the help from Expedia. Th3n you finally get inside. The bunk was for 1 person, inside were 2 sets of towels, pillows and duvet. Many dark long hair on 1 of the 2 sets. Whar is there going on??? Is it dirty, used by a former user of the bunk? Conclusion: i am travelling to chill and relax and have nice moments. The stress is not needed. And the lady from the Hostel, in my opinion...doesn't care...

The pod itself was fine. However the toilets and showers were at best dirty and poorly looked after, at worst they were dangerous! The toilet was so small it was almost impossible to sit on and I am not a big guy! The showers were filthy, there was no soap and the floors were so slippery when wet that it bordered on dangerous. Invest in some non slip mats and clean more often!
