Large clean functional room, decent location. Good basic hotel not bad for one or two day stay

6/10 Good

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep and overall I was satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. However, I was surprised and disappointed that even basic tea is not offered as a complimentary service for hotel guests and is charged separately. It felt unusual compared to standard hotel practices where such basic refreshments are typically included. This policy affected my overall impression of the stay.

A great place to stay

This was our second time staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint. The service is excellent, and the rooms were great. Everything was great and I just don't have anything bad to say about it.

Super hotel in Superb location.

I will highly recommend this hotel on my travel blog. The staff, accommodation, location and breakfast was excellent. Right beside both the Havas office for connections to the airport and across from the GaziTram stop. I could walk to the main shopping plaza, both museums, castle and train station.

Good hotel for a stop over, breakfast had a good variety of options. Room was clean and large. Parking was on the street but next to the hotel where there is security watching. Can recommend.

6/10 Good

Excellent location, terrible service

We had issues at check-in where staff were abrupt to the point of being rude, and extremely unhelpful. I had to literally drag all our luggage up a ramp into the building whilst carrying my daughter. The room was dusty and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke on the floor which seeped into the room. I raised some of these issues with the manager Khedir who was actually very nice and helpful. He sent a fruit platter to apologise, which we appreciated. However, that very same day we came back to a room where they had not left a single towel. On checkout again, I was offered no help with moving my luggage down onto the street to be loaded into a taxi. The location of this hotel is however excellent. That tram stop is literally across the road, or you could take a leisurely stroll down to the old city.

Air condition is not enogh The room temperature never dropped; it stayed at 28 degrees constantly. Even though I set the air conditioner to 19 degrees, the temperature didn't go down at all—that was the downside.

Good location, must-see places are walking distance to the hotel. Breakfast could have been richer in terms of content and provide more traditional Gaziantep dishes.
