Hotel in ideal location and pretty much everything is within reach. Great and helpful staff. Encountered different staff members on each day we were there and they were always cheerful and friendly. What a lovely hotel, overlooking the bay and only a few steps away from multiple coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Only 20 minutes from The Butchert Gardens The hotel has recently had a major and classy renovation with top notch design and materials. We had a relaxing stay, enjoying the fresh air and the friendly atmosphere of Sidney.

It was a beautiful location and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby to enjoy. The only feedback I would recommend is increase the lighting in the bathroom. The mirror has the edges lit but that's the only light other than in the shower, and it was dark.
