Cool Residence lives up to its name. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The room was excellent and well equipped. The only reservation would be location though this was not a problem to us as we hired scooters at the hotel. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

Chambre toujours aussi agréable (plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel). Malheureusement, cette fois-ci, une odeur assez désagréable se faisait sentir dans les oreillers. A bit out of any main "tourist" areas, but this was a very good find for us. Hotel and staff were great. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. From hotel to central festival mall is just 5mins by car. Large safety box in the room. We hope to be able to return again.
