I sent two emails before my arrival and—guess what—no reply.
When I checked in, the night staff knew absolutely nothing, and the receptionist was so incompetent it was almost impressive.
Then came the room.
The TV didn’t work, no housekeeping, paint stains all over the bathroom, an eyelash glued to the door (lovely), a dirty shower, and even the safety instructions were stuck on upside down—which is ironic, because the whole stay felt upside down anyway.
And just when I thought it couldn’t get worse… surprise!
The next morning the “manager” asked how my stay was—as if he had zero idea what had happened. Clearly, no one had briefed him. His reply was a masterpiece of nonsense, mixing everything together instead of simply apologizing for the total lack of professionalism from him and his team.
In short:
If you want a truly horrible stay, this is the place for you!
