Everything was good, the room a little bit small but ok, a good bar, a very good breakfast and good location.

Very near a subway station. Clean and recently remodeled. We did not have breakfast, so no comment on that.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was very nice. It was in a good location for Vienna. The only negative was it did not have onsite parking. We had to walk a couple of blocks to a parking garage that the hotel worked with. They were good about letting us park in front to take luggage to the room.

Excellent location, close to everything. Clean and quiet. Rooms are small and there are few amenities, but that is to be expected for the price range in Vienna.

Really nice hotel. Clean, decent size room. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was a bit pricey for what it entailed (buffet).

Absolute great stay. Lokation perfekt. Very nice staff and breakfast amazing. Beautiful hotel. Room not the biggest but very comfortable but doors to the hallway not very soundproof. Beds and pillows really good. Recommend and will be back :)

6/10 Good

Rooms are minanalistic. No drawers no wardro be,6 hangers and so on. Staff very helpful and patient especially the front of house manager. Breakfast was OK the usual bits and pieces. I would stay again kn owing what to expect. Location very central.

Given its price point and location, this hotel is a great pick. Everything is clean, new, and nicely kept. The rooms are quite small – for us it did not matter, as our focus was exploring the city and we basicly just slept at the hotel. It is close to all central main attractions, with great connections to public transport.

Great staff and clean rooms. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but coffee shops are very close. Great location and close to the shops.

Cloud One was a great stay, and in the perfect location. Easy walking to all the sights and Metro.

10/10 Exceptional

In a great location for walking to lots of major museums and city attractions, and around the corner from a subway station to help get to the ones farther out. Had a single room which was very compact but had everything I needed. Would stay here again for future visits to the city.

Beautiful hotel. Modern and clean. Subway was within easy walking distance. Rooms well appointed but on the small side. Big double bed.

The rooms were clean and location was very central. Beds were very firm. No phones in the room so you have to head to reception if you need something. Overall nice hotel, would stay again.
