4/10 Fair

The room we were allocated was not what I had expected, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and there was mould and rust in the shower/bath. The shower head was fixed high up and was difficult to get a decent shower. I had difficulty sleeping due to people upstairs talking until around 3am. Breakfast was acceptable and parking was good. Staff were helpful and friendly

8/10 Very good

Lovely warm reception when I arrived, which was nice and the staff were very helpful throughout my stay. The outside area around the hotel was very neglected, which didn’t give a great impression but the rooms were very clean, if a little tired and in need of some re-furnishing. For the price paid, and the cleanliness of the room, I would definitely stay here again. Would just be nice if the area around the hotel was a bit tidier as a wrecked car was even sitting in the parking area around the back.

8/10 Very good

The room was spacious and included a sofa plus comfortable bed. Good shower. Staff on the front desk were welcoming and very apologetic, since the wifi was not available until late in the evening of my arrival. Breakfast was very basic and self-service in the entrance hallway. The staff had limited knowledge about local restaurants for evening meals.
