The property is close to the airport and so is a convenient place to stay when traveling. Our room was small and in need of some repairs. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, the property is adequate for an overnight stay during a layover in Torreón.

En terminos generales, tuve buena estancia solo que se presentaron un par de momentos que no había tenido en estancias anteriores, tengo varios años hospedandome con ustedes. 1 La persiana estaba descompuesta, tenia que mantenerla totalmente abierta o cerrada porque no se sostenia, cuando intente dejarla a la mitad, se cayó, mantenimiento la volvió a colocar pero la dejé cerrada para que no volviera a caerse. No se si cambiaron las ventanas pero se percibe mucho ruido del exterior, de los autos del periferico, antes no sucedia, ademas me llegó olor a cigarro en la primera noche. Observación, parece que hay una fuga de energía en la conexión del baño, se escucha un ruido que podría ser eso. En cuanto a atención del personal y limpieza, todo muy bien. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.
