Pros: Centrally located and affordable, with friendly staff. Cons: Having stayed at Inn Cube Ximen in 2018 and 2019 I would say there is a clear deterioration in terms of cleanliness in the common areas and toilets. The air conditioning was also working on some nights and switched off on others

Spacious rooms for the price. Cheaper than a capsule or a dorm and you get your own space. Bathrooms a little worse for wear and need a deep clean. Staff are so friendly and make your stay easy.

Decent hotel, great location

It'sa nice hotel for the price. Not super spacious, and the showers were a bit of a pain as the holders were broken on both of them so you had to hold them. But nice hotel and VERY nice location, one of the most fun districts in Taipei!

I chose to stay here again for several reasons. Number 1 reason is because staff members are wonderful. They are very kind and professional. Location is fantastic. There are endless shops of all kinds and you get the experience the fun crowd in the Ximen area. Showers and toilets are always super clean. And you get your own little private room with a reasonable price. Totally recommended.

Wouldn’t recommend here. Rooms are very small and the front desk staff don’t speak a lick of English so it was hard to communicate. Rooms are hot, although beds were clean. Only good if you just need a bed to sleep in for a night or two

We got an upgrade for some reason. First we got a message from the hotel that towels are not free, and we could rent if we wanted. But when we got there it was free towels (maybe because we got an upgrade?). The room felt clean. The bathroom and shower was in another room (separate men’s and women. You can’t flush toilet paper in the toilet). It felt very clean as well. There were always toilet paper and hand paper available. There were hand soap, body soap and shampoo available as well. Free water available by the reception. The staff was nice as well. We had a room with no windows. But it was no problem. The ventilation and AC was on 24/7. It was almost a little bit cold in the room.
