Fantastic stay overall. The room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable—great bed and a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh items, plenty of variety, and quick service. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I’d gladly come back.

The room was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi and the hydromassage shower were a perfect touch after a long day. The location is super central, with easy access to transport, cafés, and key spots. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and well maintained, and the comfort level was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide selection with fresh ingredients and tasty hot options. The team was consistently polite and responsive, making everything easy. Great value for the quality and service provided.

6/10 Good

The hotel lobby is pleasant, the staff is lovely, but the rooms are in terrible condition and the breakfast was abysmal.

4/10 Fair

The location is good and the staff was generally polite. However, the internet service was extremely unreliable throughout the stay. The connection was weak, frequently disconnected, and often unusable, which made it very difficult to communicate and get basic online tasks done. Reliable internet is essential for guests, and this was a major issue during the stay. Improving the WiFi quality would significantly improve the overall experience.
