Nunca, nunca mesmo, há ninguém na recepção para atender, pegar as chaves, ou deixá-las , era um incômodo grande. Já a arrumação do quarto, tinha q ser solicitada verbalmente, a plaqueta q se coloca na fechadura com o pedido de arrumar o quarto, era ignorada.

Hotel, no geral, simples. No entanto, mobiliário novo, roupas de cama limpas, assim como o quarto, as áreas comuns e a piscina. Café da manhã completo. Nada extraordinário, mas atende muitíssimo bem, princialmente aos não tão exigentes. Excelente localização perto da praia das Dunas.

Bom o hotel possui um atendimento muito cordial, todos nos trataram com muita atenção e cordialidade. A estrutura geral é boa, o que falta é mais manutenção do espaço em geral, principalmente na área de lazer. Notei falta de manutenção no jardim, cadeira quebrada, mesa de jogos muito suja, Toto e sinuca sem uma limpeza adequada. Mas no geral o atendimento foi ótimo

Janela do quarto com acesso a varanda não abria e baratas no quarto. Depois detectei que havia quartos vazios em condições melhores e o quarto não foi trocado imediatamente. Atendimento no momento da minha chegada péssimo. É a primeira vez que faço negócios com Hotel. com que avalio hotel como péssimo. Para esse hotel nunca mais
