During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. The hotel staff takes the time to get to know you and make sure that you are enjoying...

Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! The room was beautiful. Exceeded expectations. Very well-decorated like a beach cottage. Everything feels new and clean...i think the property is newly renovated. Very quiet property. Right on the beach, too! Linens were nice quality...Many fluffy towels provided. Great mini bar, mosquito net for bed, Aircon, provided robes and umbrellas, outlets, nice big clean pool, 2 restaurants on-site...one by the pool and one up by the road where you originally arrive. Staff is helpful and friendly....

From the moment I was shown my villa, I felt pampered beyond my dreams. The place is large and immaculate, especially the refreshing private pool. I spent most of my afternoons in it to escape from the heat of the day. You get an entire kitchen stocked with minibar items in case you get the munchies. This is a lovely, small hotel perched over the beach lined with fishermen’s boats coming and going. Pool area and lawn great. Very serene place, we stayed a week. We chose to enjoy all our meals in the restaurant on premise. Food was very good, Indonesian and western, very fresh and prepared well. Lovely staff; attentive and warm; very clean and well kept. Our room on the floor had a fantastic, wide ocean view! We loved our stay! Thank you Hotel Genggong for a wonderful stay!

This is the prettiest place I have been in Bali and absolutely unique. It’s definitively the place to be in Amed. I recommend it wholeheartedly. The Lodge is a small compound consisting of a collection of very different cottages on different levels. The cottages are designed in a contemporary way but using an impressive collection of antique woods. The whole place is built out of recycled wood. I loved it so much that I kept extending my stay and so ended up moving around and experiencing...

This property is amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. All the staffs were very friendly, courteous and attentive. They made me feel so welcomed and they all spoke English pretty well. They picked me up from the airport for about $30 U.S dollars and it was stress free. The property has an infinity pool and the view from my room of the rice field was so beautiful! They have a shuttle that runs every few hours to take you to the center of Ubud where you can walk around and eat and shop....
