its a lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. My bag did not arrive and concierge went out of its way to keep checking and following the trail of the bag. Truly exceptional from start to finish. Our stay at Raffles Istanbul was flawless in every way. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with an incredible attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch, especially after the spa, and everything from the lighting to the finishes felt intentional and elevated. The entire space felt calm, refined, and incredibly comfortable. The spa experience was unforgettable. My Husband and I did the hammam together, and it was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. The women who performed our treatments were absolutely amazing—so skilled, attentive, and nurturing. I truly wish I remembered their names because they deserve special recognition. The ritual was deeply relaxing, grounding, and beautifully executed, leaving us both feeling completely renewed. A huge heartfelt shout-out to Kutay, the Concierge Manager. He was incredibly personable and genuinely caring, with a rare talent for making you feel instantly at home. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and seamless communication elevated our entire stay and made every experience effortless. Raffles Istanbul sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. Every detail is considered, every interaction feels sincere, and the experience stays with you long after you leave. We cannot wait to return ✨

Having stayed at Raffles hotels around the world, I've always loved how each property develops its own unique micro-culture. Raffles Istanbul, however, takes famed Turkish hospitality to a whole new level. Upon my arrival, Mustafa immediately sensed I'd had a long journey and an intense work week. He proactively offered to prepare a bath for me, disappearing only to return 20 minutes later with an indulgent tray of olive soap, essential oils, foot scrubs, and bath salts. After a soothing soak and a quick nap, I felt completely rejuvenated and ready to take on Istanbul! Every morning, Melissa made breakfast feel like a homecoming. Her warmth and wonderful conversations made her feel less like staff and more like a cherished distant cousin. A special shoutout to Deniz at the concierge desk, who saved the day by arranging pharmacy deliveries whenever I needed a quick recovery from a little too much local nightlife! Thank you to the whole team for your incredible warmth, hospitality, and flawless attention to detail! 🙏
