The staff were amazing and helpful, shout out to Maya, Rosa, and Sergio who made the stay so pleasant. Clean space, secure, and well maintained. They brought a special birthday message and treat for me. The balcony was nice overlooking the river especially in the morning and at night. Breakfast was included and delicious and they remembered our orders. The room was air conditioned, had good storage space, nice bathroom with bidet, bed was good. Really enjoyed our stay at Augustana House. We were in Room 301 Superior Room, king bed, non smoking, balcony (Annex Building-Lungotevere Marzio n.3). The bed was good, and I really enjoyed the balcony. Note: it is on a busy street so there is traffic noise when you are out on the balcony, but it did not bother me. You are looking directly at the Tiber River and it is beautiful. When the balcony doors are closed you cannot hear the street noise. I would highly recommend. It's a quiet hotel within walking distance of many major attractions. Enjoy.
