Family bungalow

This place was a highlight of our trip. My family loved the hot pools and it's amazing paths and views. We ate at the restaurant on site 2 times and really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was fantastic other than the hard spring feeling beds. We woke up to every toss and turn, but other than that this place was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Very beautiful and clean.

We were not very lucky with the weather but the premises are beautiful. They could leave a few more things in the bungalow, like salt, oil, or wine glasses. It’s also 1 1/2 hrs from La Fortuna’s main attractions like the Hanging Bridges etc. The hot springs were much much nicer in real life than in the pictures.

Hay varias cosas que no funcionan bien en la habitación o están deterioradas. Por ejemplo la mesa quebrada, la ropa de cama deteriorada, la señal de cable mala en la TV, el internet es malo, el zacate está crecido cerca de la habitación, etc.. El encargado de paños no tiene una buena actitud para el servicio al cliente. En general las habitaciones y las termales están bien pero requieren mayor mantenimiento.

Nos hospedamos 5 personas, 2 adultos mayores, en el bungalow 3. La vista maravillosa y las aguas termales fueron muy satisfactorias. La propiedad es muy tranquila y bonita. Realmente para descansar. El único detalle que noté es que las camas y las almohadas no son tan cómodas. Solo por eso le doy 4 estrellas.
