The check-in experience, handled by Iwanda, was excellent — warm, professional, and efficient. The property itself is very beautiful, with good food and a Kids Club offering plenty of engaging activities for children.
However, we noticed a significant presence of ants in the room, which detracted from the overall comfort. More importantly, the hotel’s unwillingness to extend the check-out time — fixed at 11:00 AM — for guests with flights later in the day was disappointing. The only alternative offered was a 30-minute shower slot before departure.
As frequent guests of luxury hotels around the world, we have never encountered such a rigid approach, especially in a property of this category. If this is indeed the hotel’s intended policy, it is an important factor for travelers to consider when choosing their stay.
