The location was great, close to the train station and quick walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, 30 min walk to the Vatican and the colossus. The host was easy to communicate with, they helped us to book a transfer to the airport which pick us up at the door. We would rent this location again.

Positives: GREAT location! Close to a lot of sites. Stefano (host) was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was good. They replicated the fridge with water and refilled coffee for free. Negatives: the description for amenities was not true. There isn’t laundry (which is why we picked this location), no luggage storage, the “blackout curtains” were several inches away from the windows and didn’t cover the windows therefore didn’t block light and the room was very bright and when I asked about an airport shuttle I didn’t get a response. Those are only the few we asked about. The shower was absolutely HORRIBLE! It was a clawed tub that we had to climb in. My husband had back surgery a few months ago so this was somewhat difficult. The water pressure was not great. It had a shower liner/curtain that didn’t fit so gave you no room and the liner stuck to you when trying to shower plus got water all over the floor no matter how you tried to arrange the liner. I struggled with the shower every day of a 10 day trip!! It was miserable! This was an apartment converted to 3 “hotel rooms”. I’m not sure what the other 2 rooms looked like or if the showers were better. A decent shower and I would have rated this FAR higher because the rest of the room was decent.

The room was more than adequate in size. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The tub and shower were good, though it was a little tricky for us older folks to get in and out of the tub. The owners were helpful and cordial. We sometimes wished we had a front-desk person for sightseeing advice, but we managed our stay in Rome quite nicely without. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Çok merkezi bir yerde bu nedenle neredeyse metroyu hiç kullanmadık yürüyerek tüm önemli yerlere gidebilirsiniz. Ayrıca otel sahibi de çok tatlı biri çok yardımcı oldular. Otelden ziyade tarihi bir eve misafir olmuş gibi hissettik. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Eine schöne Alternative zu Hotels. Man wohnt ideal gelegen in der Altstadt - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Entfernung zur Metro mit Koffer easy - man fühlt sich wie ein Bewohner. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter sowohl bei Ankunft und Abreise. FORZA ROMA!

If you’re the kind of people (like us) who can stay comfortably in an Airbnb style apartment then this is for you. Reception only opens at 13:30 but we did manage to leave our luggage there before thankfully. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom. As we were at the back of the hotel we could leave the doors pen onto the balcony and have little noise which was great! When we did need assistance (bath plug didn’t fit) they readily helped out. Location is amazing as well for the price we paid, compared to other similar apartment style accommodation. We did have a few annoyances about our room: We had a shower inside a roll top bath but if the curtains weren’t fully closed then water went all over the floor (can be simply solved with a couple of clips). TV has no English speaking channels on it (yes I searched through over 200 channels one by one). Some sockets and switches don’t work (just put a sign on them saying they don’t work). The heating was on all night and no turning of the knobs would fix it. The lift is cramped so we only used it when going up to the 4th floor (nothing that can be done about it but thought potential customers would like to know). I would definitely stay back here again as we liked the set up but I wouldn’t bother booking if you’re too used to a hotel service.

Tolle zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Zumindest das Zimmer zum Innenhof. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sauber. Gute Empfehlung zum Essen erhalten. Kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm, man kommt ja nicht nach ROM um TV zu schauen. Dank Wlan erfährt man genug von der Welt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lage und Stil waren top. Das Zimmerschloss sollte repariert werden. Lässt sich von innen her nicht schliessen. Nur das „nicht stören“-Schild konnte genutzt werden. Ansonsten alles hervorragend!
