Excellent stay at JMM Grand Suites. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever needed. The location is convenient, with Robinsons Mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shops, and daily necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this property.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing at night. Wish the kitchenette was a little better sticked, but the refrigerator was in good working order. Overall a very nice place to stay

The hotel security is perfect that the security gate protects the customers. Robinsons is very closed from the hotel and the reasonable restaurants are around the hotel. I felt it was very convenient.

Well situated: near shopping, food carts, convenient stores, mall, museums, universities, government offices, hospitals, historical locations, US embassy, and more! Front desk support is top-notch. Cleaning crew is fabulous! Pool is nice. Small gym, but gets the job done. Give JMM a try!

Location Location Location. Across from one of Manila's most popular mall: Robinsons Place. Tons of restaurants, bars, etc. Near metro. Great security! ALL visitors need identification to enter. Fabulous views from rooms. Staff super responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful.

6/10 Good

This is my go to hotel in Manila. But this time no WiFi in room and sewer gas smell coming from bathroom drains. Other than having to use my data on the patio and the smell from the cr it was good. The staff as always attentive and the room clean

the unkindness of check-in

I've traveled a lot, but I've never felt unkind at the front desk, the face of the hotel. This hotel should be mindful of those aspects. A smileless face, unkind tone, no makeup on the face of the elderly staff, and the service to the guest was terrible. However, the service of the cleaning staff is up to scratch. Our visitors should give up on the kindness of Huronte Descens

4/10 Fair

Friendly staff. 1 Keycard is issued to each room regardless of the number of occupants. Can't see that occupants needs to be going out together and be back at the same time when plans to be and places to go would be different from one another. ..this is the first time encountered and is very frustrating. given. The explanation presented is absurd. That this is the new management policy.
