Hotel is located centrally. The room is spacious and neat. The check in takes hell lot of time and the staff needs more training i feel. There are 2 counters, one counter a guy was struggling and in the other counter one girl was just sitting. She could have taken the check in work and reduced the waiting time. In the room, the door does not close automatically after u leave the door once u come inside. It get struck and starts giving beep sound which is annoying. One has to go to the door and push it to get closed completely and then the beep sound stops.

The Deluxe room was very spacious. It was very clean and well mentioned. However, the towels were too old. The breakfast had a wide range of South Indian foods.

Very good value for money.

Rooms and location were excellent. Staff was very helpful. Being in city centre, rooms at lower levels don't have very good views, but from terrace we had excellent views of city.

Enjoyed our stay.!

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to speak with the manager Mr Mani directly when we needed extra help and he solved those problems immediately which we appreciate very much and our thanks to him for arranging the transportation for our Temple tour. Easy access to shops and a mall. The hotel has 3 good restaurants serving delicious food- veg & non veg which was great. Rooms were clean and bedding fresh. The minus point....internet service was very disappointing. All in all value for money and we are our friends enjoyed our stay.

Venlig og hjælpsom personale, altid smilende.

Hotellet lå midtby bylivet, som er særlig hektisk og overvældende med vanvittig trafik - spændende at opleve. Ind på hotellet r der pæn og ren og meget hjælpsom personale.

Convenient Clean and Good service

Only thing you feel is that the lobby attendants are forcing you to let them handle even your smallest hand bag or appears to provide some service to get an opportunity to expect tips which appears a bit superfluous service and irritating.
