Very nice stay. The personal was very kind to send my the self check in by WhatsApp, because it was a strike and the trains delayed. It is 20 min walking to the duomo and 15 min or less with the tram to the central train station. many restaurants and café near by

The Hotel is very cozy and the manager was very kind and polite. The downside was the air conditioning. It is very loud and doesn't cool the room as well as they usually do. The AC has a tube that sticks out of the window, so the the window needs to be open, which mosquitoes see as a welcome sign.
