The hotel is well located and we could walk everywhere in the city. The bedroom was clean, they clean it daily if needed. The staff always greating us with a smile and asking if we needed anything. The lady who checked us in recommend us a really nice and historical restaurant which was just around the corner. Besides that we got a romantic bed setting as we were celebranting our one year wedding anniversary. I can’t thank them enough. It was a memorable first time in Vienna and we want to come back.

Great place for solo female travelers! The location is perfect and very safe. It is on a quiet street but only a two-minute walk to the Schwedenplatz metro station. I could easily walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral and many nice shops. My room was very clean and quiet.

For us this accommodation was in a perfect location, close to the canal, U4 and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and Stephansplatz. The room was bright, warm and clean with plenty of storage. Buffet breakfast was good and we were offered fried or scrambled eggs to go with sausages/bacon etc There was smoked salmon, ham cheese, bread, pastries, juice fresh fruit to go with coffee/tea. I would thoroughly recommend. Excellent value.

Nice little hotel, very central, very friendly service, especially at breakfast. The single room was rather small but had all I needed. The air conditioner was not working properly (which the hotel was aware of but not able to fix) and as a result the room was rather warm, but admittedly that was during an exceptionally hot day in Vienna.
