Good location and great service, clean rooms.

6/10 Good

Great breakfast, the hotel itself was very outdated. The pictures are very deceiving, because the hotel is not what it appears. We will never return. The elevator was so bad that we thought it was going to free fall down.

Requests for service answered politely and quickly. Knowledgeable staff. Transport services in front of hotel. Clean and well maintained pool area. Breakfast buffet selections.

8/10 Very good

All of the staff was very friendly except the lady Laura at the front desk. The pool was too cold because it had a covering and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel.
