We were there in the snowy winter in a street-facing room and the snowplow passed by frequently making sleeping impossible. Not sure if all the rooms were effected. Other than that, the staff was great and the food was very tasty. It's a nice simple place close to the downtown area

Comfortable hotel, dinner included but only one choice if you choose that otherwise 15% off normal menu. Hairdryer and fan worked intermittently. Staff friendly, good safe location.

Really realy bad service

Hotel room is good. Personell service was the worst I have ever seen from any service personell. The people at the breakfast the 9& 11 of juli was more interested in speaking with each other that doing there job, to make sure they filled up on empty breakfast and removed dished from empty tables. Reception was also not interested in the customer. I'm in Umea regularly but will never stay at this hogel acain

Positivt: Trevlig personal och bra frukost. En glad överraskning var att hotellet bjuder på middag varje kväll. Mindre bra: Stark unken lukt från badrummet, trasig duschslang (vatten sprutar överallt), obekväma kuddar och wi-fi som strulade hela kvällen.

Middagen som skulle ingå fick vi inte. På hemsidan står det att den serveras till kl 20.30 men när vi kom till hotellet kl 20.20 så hade dom satt upp en skylt i lobbyn att den stängde kl 20. Vi frågade om det inte gick att lösa då det fortfarande satt flera sällskap och åt men det gick tydligen inte att lösa. Så vi fick gå på Max istället och lägga 500kr på middag. Samma sak med frukosten, där står det öppettider på hemsidan till kl 10.30 men på dörren in till restaurangen står det kl 10.
