The property is clean, the cute bubbly stream had trout and birds, the staff was super friendly and the large three bedroom unit had all the kitchen amenities for our trip. The biggest plus is that it is right across the street from the Skyline entrance, so just walk to the day activities! We recommend!

We really loved our spontaneous trip to Rotorua. Thanks to Ripple! The room was warm and incredibly clean! Located right in front of the Rotorua luge which makes so easy to go and enjoy the activity early! We also loved the spa and heated pool. My child loved the trampoline and the playground!
