Small boutique hotel in an ideal location with access to major trains and buses. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I didn’t expect the room cleaned for a 2-night stay, so it was refreshing to return to a clean room after a full day of activities. The dining room staff were kind and accommodating. The breakfast options were definitely tasteful and fulfilling. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Paris, and will highly recommend it.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed this hotel - the room size was great for Paris and we really appreciated the in room kettle and fridge - and best of all the AC (our stay coincided with the heatwave). The beds were great and bathroom was good and clean. Breakfast was just OK - it felt a bit chaotic and there wasn’t really enough space - lots of families with little kids staying meaning breakfast was just a bit loud and disorganised.

The location is convenient: 5 min walk to the metro station and the Saint Lazar train station, it is somewhat between the Opera and the Champs Élysées. We've got a clean room with a comfortable mattress and good bedding. Nice continental breakfast. It may not be a luxury, but you receive everything you need. We were especially glad we chose the Hotel Oceanic because we had an air conditioner, which is not a must in Paris, during the 33-34 °C week in May, it was absolutely necessary. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Great spot!

We were only here for 1 night but our stay was great! Hotel Oceanic is in a great location, just steps from St. Lazare station. The staff was very friendly. Our rooms were spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Paris!

Perfect for the solo traveler

Excellent staff, comfortable air-conditioned room, great location that felt very safe. Other than my room being next to a noisy staff toilet/supply room, it was a great stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast add on option was great. The room was good and we didn’t need more space as we spent most of the day and night out sight seeing.
