Spacious and clean room but unfortunately very hard beds. There is no mattress topper which makes the bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast is ok. The hotel needs some TLC.

Really appreciated the check-in process and being able to arrive late due to not needing to check in at a desk. The shower took a long time to become warm, at first I thought it was broken. There was also no hot/cold indication so I didn't know if it was even set properly. Overall a good place for a short stay.

Very nice no-frills hotel, hidden gem!

Conveniently located in quiet back-street location while only 5 minutes from the freeway and has grocery stores within walking distance. Good parking situation (covered parking, outdoor parking, vehicle charging stations, additional public parking lot 50 meters down the road). Room was basic but had everything I need, including toiletries and hair dryer. Mattress was good and blackout curtain effective, I slept very well. Automated 24/7 check-in and keyless access features worked flawlessly and were very convenient. Breakfast room is very nice and the breakfast itself was good - the kitchen would even cook fried eggs freshly on demand. Everything is clean, well-kept and in good working condition. Staff was very nice and always helpful. Will gladly stay there again next time I'm in town.

The check-in experience was very unwelcoming overall. Never gave me information about where room was, Breakfast options , coffee/tea facilities. Think overall less than 10-15 words. Hotel room was adequate decent sized TV for the room size although internet seems a little inconsistent at times.

Vi var en familie med 2 børn og 2 voksne. Vi ankom meget sent. Der manglede en opredning og indenfor ca 30 minutter havde en mand på stedet fixet en slags rejseseng - ganske fin til en 5 årig. Selve faciliteterne.. bruseren var lidt svær at bruge i forhold til varme og kulde, plus der var en skærm til badekarret som vi ikke var super trygge ved. Helt ærligt så var noget af det lidt gammelt og slidt. Udemærket morgenmad. Vi fik en besked med forkert telefonnummer tilknyttet men kom heldigvis igennem til den rigtige vis hotels.com appen. Vi giver 4 stjerner for prisen og for de 2 personaler vi mødte. Ham som hjalp os med madras mm og hende som stod for morgenmaden. De var super rare og hjælpsomme. Det trækker op.

L'hotel ne dispose pas de réception. Un check in en ligne doit etre rempli avant d'arriver.Les codes d'accés doivent être fournis si l'arrivée est en dehors des horaires normaux, mais comme il n'y a personne, quand on arrive et qu'on n'a pas de codes on ne peut accéder à sa chambre. Bref je n'avais pas de codes et j'avais essayé toute la journée, anticipant cette difficulté d'obtenir les codes, en vain, malgré le recours à l'AI de hotels.com qui ne sert à rien.. Quand on arrive, pour moi à 23h, mais avant minuit, on est après 22h15, sur la porte est indiqué que la réception téléphonique est fermée. Bref j'ai du insister sur la sonnette et une réceptionniste a finalement répondu puis demandé que je la rappelle par téléphone au numéro indiqué sur la porte mais théoriquement fermé. Finalement j'ai pu accéder aux codes d'entrée et de chambre mais quel stress !! conseil répondez dans le questionnaire de check in que vous arriverez en dehors des heures, vous recevrez peut etre vos codes dans a journée. Sinon hotel nickel, malgré les commentaires disant que le petit déjeuner tombait en rupture de stock. les deux jours on a eu plein à manger m^me en arrivant à 9h.
