The hotel was fine. We only stayed for one night, but the facilities are well-maintained, the room was clean, and the service was excellent.

Arrived mid afternoon, staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Room was clean,AC was good and cold. I found the vending machine selections to be mostly sold out. I would stay again if passing through in the future. For a longer stay I would probably want a property that is more central to the town/ city.

The room that we stayed in had stickiness in some spots on the carpet and the fridge was dirty. The views from the room are good, and the AC works well.

Had a great stay at this motel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. A special thank you to the night manager at the front desk, who provided exceptional service. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room in the middle of the night, and he kindly woke up, made us a duplicate key, and helped us with a smile on his face. His professionalism and willingness to help made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

Great little motel

It was a great place to stay. Close to lots of earing options and public transit.

The rooms are quite run down. The bedskirt was filthy, the curtains were half attached, the pictures on the wall were broken, one was tacked up on the wall. The bed mattress didnt sit properly on whatever it was on and if you sat on the edge of the bed it dropped down. That being said, it was fairly quiet and the staff was friendly.

The parking felt safe, and the room was clean—good enough for me. I was looking for the most affordable room available in Kamloops, and this place didn’t disappoint. With cheaper rates, you usually expect something to be off or unpleasant, but that wasn’t the case here. Check-in was quick and easy, especially if you book ahead.
