Stayed 3 nights in a standard double room, balcony (Puente Nuevo), absolutely fantastic! Despite the bars on the balcony the view is stunning. Also very quiet at night. Large comfortable room with a modern recently renovated bathroom. Perfect location for exploring Ronda, loads of restaurants close by. Friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend this property.

I was amazed that the reception gave me such a hard time for holding the only parking spot to unload our luggage. It is hard to explain but this hotel is essentially by a bridge and only two spots are available for guests to drop off their stuff - if full, the police will tell you to keep driving and you waste another 10 min to get to the same spot. The receptionist was rude and told to not hold the spot for my son who was driving around. The room we were given was so dark - it barely had any daylight. The rest of our stay was fine but to be so poorly welcomed in a hotel is something I would avoid next time.

The room lacked a microwave and mini fridge. Which really doesn't matter because the hotel is in an excellent location with great food and shopping all around. The room had an absolute stunning view of the bridge and country side. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, The terrace room overlooking new bridge was exactly as described. Such a great view! We walked to amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and groceries! Perfect central spot with a view. Shower was huge!! Would stay here again.

We booked a room with a terrace but were given a room with a tiny balcony with no room for chairs. The room was very basic but clean. The TV had no signal and there was no one around to ask about it. No one told us that the front door would be locked after 11pm but luckily we worked out for ourselves how to get in at 11.03pm. Parking was €10 and a 13 minute walk, not the 6-7 they said. The view was stunning but I would not stay here again.

Potential customers need to appreciate that the hotel is in two parts. One overlooks the gorge in Ronda (which is spectacular) whilst the other half is in the street 50 metres along. Of course the ones with a gorge view are more expensive than the others. We were in one of the ‘side street’ rooms. Perfectly good room but no views at all. Everything was clean and worked well although the restaurant lacked any real atmosphere.
