Tudo muito bom com o Laghetto Viale. Equipe excelente, quarto excelente, café da manha razoável, comparado a outros hotéis da rede que já ficamos hospedados. Único ponto que poderia ser melhorado foi o mofo que tinha no teto do banheiro, talvez por conta da umidade desta época do ano. Mas de um modo geral, gostamos de ficar hospedados no hotel.

A nossa estadia no hotel Laghetto Viale de Gramado foi muito boa. As instalações do hotel são adequadas e nos atenderam bem. O café da manhã é bem servido e a equipe de funcionários foi sempre prestativa com informações e ajudas. Todavia, a acústica do quarto que ficamos (109) não era das melhores. Ouvíamos o quarto ao lado perfeitamente e isso nos atrapalhou umas duas noites. Fora isso, o ambiente é bom e nos atendeu muito bem.
