Clean, nice staff but noisy

Booked 16 nights & then another 6 nights Room / hotel clean & cleaner came in every day. Breakfast was ok Big problem with room on 16 night stay - was a 3cm gap bottom of door & room close to lift so all noise from outside came into my room! Additionally all cleaning ladies had walkie talkie radio's left on cleaning trolleys in hallways when rooms being cleaned - volume seemed to be on full so I got constantly woken up every time reception contacted anyone TV could not be changed from portugese to english for UK USA channels On website it stated portugese & english spoken at reception - no one spoke english

O ar condicionado do quarto estava quebrado, reclamamos assim que chegamos e pedimos para trocar de quarto. Disseram que não era possível fazer a troca e nos deram um ventilador de chão que não resolveu a questão do calor. O café da manhã nas duas diárias não estava bom, o refeitório estava lotado e não havia pão francês ( só tinha pão de forma) e pouca variedade de alimentos. A hospedagem ofereceu o mínimo que esperávamos.

Pense no hotel perfeito com preço acessível: Leon Park. Localizado num excelente ponto do centro da cidade, pertinho de tudo. Funcionários super prestativos, desde a recepção até a camareira e o pessoal da limpeza e cozinha, todo mundo muito simpático. As acomodações extremamente limpas e confortáveis. O café da manhã é excepcional, com muita variedade e tudo muito bem preparado. Tem piscina, academia e cobertura com vista pra cidade. Já estou com saudade dessa estadia.
