Centraly located in a very convenient place, near supermarket, central bus terminal, hospital and clinics. Safe, but I wouldn't risk in the dark nights.

Good value for the price. I was impressed that despite me not knowing English the staff did as much as possible to communicate with us, it was very helpful. I also left my sunglasses by the pool and forgot too the next day and they had them at the front desk. Shower had nice hot water and good pressure too.

The hotel’s design blends modern comfort with a warm, inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The pool area was a true oasis—surrounded by beautifully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Whether I went for an early morning swim or a refreshing dip in the evening, the water was always pristine and inviting. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun. Overall, Manacá Hotel provided outstanding service, a perfect location, and a relaxing environment. Quarto Ok. Televisão é muito particular, geralmente nem uso, mas a Televisão tem poucos canais e dos poucos que tem, a maioria o sinal é ruim. Equipe não tive problemas, tive um problema que precisei extender minha estadia, mas não foi possível. Mas até aí entendo que realmente o quarto pode não ter mais disponibilidade. Café da manhã simples. Ar condicionado antigo. Só não verifiquei sobre o estacionamento no local, e é pago. 25 reais a diária. Não me atentei sobre esse ponto na hora de fechar as diárias do hotel. Hotel com características de hotel antigo, precisa de uma reforminha.

O estacionamento estava com problemas na cancela, e os funcionários não davam muita bola para abrir, fazendo que tenha que descer do carro e pedir na recepção para abrir. Mesmo na chuva. Uma contradição, que eles pedem para otimizar o uso consciente das toalhas de banho e rosto, porém não existe cabides ou local para secar. Do máis gostei muito. Localização ótima para acessar o terminal de ônibus urbano ou ir e vir de Uber para a ponte da amizade. E também pode pegar ônibus do aeroporto para o hotel e vice versa.

O hotel não possui aquecedor, somente ar-condicionado na função somente frio, e, o mesmo estava bem sucateado e fazendo muito barulho. As toalhas de banho e lençóis estão bem detonados, precisam ser trocados, pois tem tempo de uso e acumulam fungos e bactérias, por favor, troquem as toalhas e lençóis. Outra vez é quanto o interruptor que fica em cima da cama, e quando mudamos de posição na cama, as luzes se acendem devido ser próximo da cabeça…. Café da manhã é bom. Lugar agradável. A equipe toda do hotel se esforça para apoiar a todos.

Péssima experiência, colchão horrível, banheiro com água que não esquenta bem e tampa do vaso que machuca a perna ao sentar, o hotel não dispõe de nenhum serviço, lavanderia, restaurante, despertador, nada.
