We found the hotel to be as advertised- very beautiful, unique, artistic. The room and bathroom were very clean. We had a room with two queen beds, a bathroom, a lot of storage, and a small room that contained a fridge and a back door that lead to a balcony with chairs. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We stayed during a time of hot weather, and the a/c was great. Breakfast had plentiful options - cereals, bread, cheese, homemade coffee cake, tea, coffee etc. The property and even surrounding area required a lot of climbing, so if a guest had difficulty climbing stairs (even from the street to the main floor), this might be a challenge. My kids got a kick out of walking up the three flights of stairs to get to our rooms (no elevator), and I was glad that we had consolidated some of our luggage before arriving. The owner/manager is very nice and welcoming. I would stay there again if I visited Quebec City again.
