Property is a little older and is a good location. 5-8 minute walk to the Metro, a lot of good Japanese restaurants close by. Didn’t try other flavors in the area.

Pros: good location, breakfast with western and eastern options, nice and polite staff Cons: Old room, mold in the bathroom (but no strong smell though), bad sound insulation.

The barking noices of dogs made me annoyed.

The clerks don't speak English very well and like to keep customers waiting. The barking voices by dogs nerby made me sleepless. The breakfast is fine.

I don't think the sheets in the rooms are changed after each customer. Cleaning is not good. It's not worth the money you pay. Also, the people at the reception are very rude and refuse to help you in any way. During my stay here, I didn't get any support I needed from the reception, and even though I stated that I didn't use the minibar when I checked out, they made me wait 10 minutes for the attendant to check it, causing me to be late for the airport and pay an extra waiting fee for Uber. The reception is rude and disrespectful. I don't understand how people like this work here.

Less than expected

This hotel is the best option if you want to stay close to different Japanese restaurants and shops. However, it is a run-down property, and the supposedly "Japanese-style breakfast" is a joke. They offered white rice, a mix of steamed vegetables (tasteless), fried fish (stale and dry), and miso soup (sour or spoiled) for breakfast - but it was all. The "western options" were rather limited compared to other hotels in Brazil of the same range: scrambled eggs, sausage with a lot of onion, one type of ham and cheese (very basic), simple buns (no toast), butter, jam, watery yogurt, and some cut fruits (primarily immature). No fresh juice and awful coffee (probably reheated). I was disappointed with such a miserable breakfast and the dull dining room it was served in.

O Hotel já foi muito bom, hoje parece que falta manutenção e melhorias, porque é um local de referência. Mas o quarto que fiquei não foi bom, principalmente o colchão muito desconfortável e antigo, compreendo que se fosse uma tarifa mais barato, ok. Mas o preço cobrado pela estadia ficou muito a desejar.

Quarto muito a desejar, Ar condicionado muito antigo e barulho que incomoda, para dormir estava difícil com o barulho do Ar Condicionado, Colchão duro e antigo sentia as molas incomodando as costas, Box do Banheiro depois do banho molhava todo o banheiro porque percebemos que era adaptado, os Rejuntes do banheiro escuro e encardido. O preço da tarifa era alto pelo que entrega, se a tarifa fosse mais baixo, eu entenderia pela proposta, mas a tarifa cobrado não condiz com a entrega.
