Good location, walking distance to Soledad cathedral, zocalo, Santo Domingo, November 20 market and other sites. Clean and large room, beautiful courtyard, and wonderful experience with staff. The service people up front were very attentive! The air-conditioning worked great and hot shower with great pressure on demand. This is a older hotel that has had its amenities updated but still has the old-Mexico appeal. The rooms are quiet away from the crazy night life. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelrs.

The location is great, very walkable to Zocalo. The property itself is getting older so its not as new. The hotel rooms are loud, you can hear cars and people talking outside of the rooms. The staffs are great and very helpful. The only complaint i have with our room is the sink was very smelly everytime water goes down the drain. But overall, it's a decent place for the price.

Manager, and all other staff were great. Very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Housekeeping cleaned every day. A/C, hot water , fresh drinking water were all accessible. Great spot to stay! Staff is amazing all around - Luis at the front is super helpful, kitchen staff, housecleaning, front desk - everyone goes above and beyond to serve you!
