Don't judge a book by its cover

This was a great location for us to stay after a stadium concert, as the stadium was within walking distance. While the outside of the building definitely has the appearance of the Soviet-era (built in 1967), the room had been updated recently and was nicer than many hotels I've stayed at in the United States. Breakfast was terrific and we also enjoyed time at restaurants and bars by the Vistula river, a short walk away. It was great!

The hotel is outdated, facets in the shower were broken, the room is outdated and had no complimentary coffee/tea bags, absolutely nothing to make stay comfortable. Front desk staff was lacking customer service skills and was raising their voice, not friendly and should definitely improve their attitude. This is the first time I'm leaving a review for my hotel stay. Despite the great location of this hotel, customer service should improve. This is not the cheapest hotel to be treated like a hostel guest.

My room at Logos was very clean and the bed was comfortable. And the breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent! An amazing variety of tasty items. The only complaint I can make is that the holder for the shower handle was not adjustable, so I could not shower with the handle in the holder. I had to use it as a handheld shower, which meant I had to get wet first, turn off the water, lather up with soap, then turn the water back on to rinse off. Then I put the handle back in the holder. I call that a minor nuisance, but not a dealbreaker.
