The staff was excellent. The room could have been cleaner and in better condition.

6/10 Good

It’s clean and the room was very nice with a flying balcony. No hot water, they let us use a room two floors down to take a hot shower. It’s very affordable though I’d stay there again

2/10 Poor

The hotel and room were beautiful, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, the location is quite far from the city, and there aren't many stores or amenities nearby. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights.

The breakfast okay, nothing special, and it could have been much fresher. The staff was helpful, the elevators were quite small for wheelchairs, our room was big but a bit shabby, parking was good.

I didn’t like how they said they have a restaurant but they only open it if you have a group of people. My mom and aunt couldn’t eat there. They should have put that or notified the customer when you’re trying to book it. I wouldn’t have booked this for the if I knew.
