Love the place, can't say anything bad on the service or the amenities they have. Most of the staff are smiling and can see the real happiness on the face. We rented a car, so we have an access in and out whenever we want. Some people that we talked to said that there is not too much service (transportation) in the area that's why we lucky enough to move around the area. Breakfast is great, different varieties every day. At dinner, they have a fire dance performer, so that is an add on at night. A lot of activities to do so you won't get bored.

Perfect resort for families or couples. Extremely kind and fun staff, always trying to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Excellent food!! My partner and I loved the meals. The room was always very clean, the staff very friendly, polite and helpful. The pool was amazing, warm water. The restaurant was excellent, food delicious and large buffet breakfast. Even though the beaches were closed after a recent typhoon, the stay at Astoria Palawan was still wonderful thanks to the clean rooms, great facilities, delicious food, and the exceptional hospitality of the staff especially Sir Vic, Sir Michael, Sir James, Chef Arturo, Susan, Roldan, John Dale and Ariel. The resort made the whole experience memorable and enjoyable.

The resort is great, nice rooms and next to a waterpark (walk 5min) which is nice. Very kind people all around and the buffet (breakfast and dinner) are really great (even though we normally don’t like buffets). Perfect service, couldn’t have been better.

Rooms were nice, dinner buffets were fantastic. I quite enjoyed the cultural dancers and fire dancers. Breakfast was very good. Only issues we had was eating a la carte, seemed there was confusion on where to eat and when. Some of our group wanted a la carte but still sit with those that wanted the dinner buffet, it seemed very difficult to set this up and that they were pushing to just eat the dinner buffet. Tours are great, easy to setup.
