The staff was fantastic! No matter if we were at front desk, in the restaurant or just having drinks. Everyone was welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean. Not to mention beautiful. In a central location, it is easily walkable to all the major sights. BTW the food in the restaurant is top notch.

This place is a magical palace. I feel like I left family behind. Everyone was so kind in a genuine way. Simo, one of the managers, is now our adopted brother. HAHA. While there I texted pics to friends who say they want to go to Marrakesh. This place is a perfect location, right outside souk main doors so the taxi can drop you right at front. Food is ABUNDANT and delicious. I'm very particular when it comes to mattresses, and theirs did not disappoint. Staff cleaned our room daily. I'll leave out details so you will see the other surprises yourself. A big hug to my Moroccan family! Ciao!

The hotel is ideally placed just outside the Medina but within such a short walk to the gate, that you are right there, without actually being inside. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Wow. Front of house were extremely helpful and always available to assist with any questions. The rooftop restaurant team were fantastic - friendly attentive, and they went out of their way to provide gluten-free alternatives for breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the safe in our room didn't work, but the maintenance team were quick to respond and tried to resolve the issue as soon as we notified them. Overall, it was a great experience in an ideal location, and we would happily stay again!

Riad Wow was Wow

Fantastic stay at Riad Wow during our trip to Marrakesh last week. The front-desk was amazing and gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Communication was top-notch and airport pickup was all taken care of ahead of time by the fabulous staff. They even got us dinner reservations even though we arrived late in the evening. The only thing to keep in mind is the restaurant across the street (Safran) that plays loud music until almost midnight. It was a little hard to fall asleep with the thumping music. Other than that, a great experience.

We stayed at Riad Wow for a couple nights and very impressed at how beautiful and elegantly decorated the place was. We arrived very early and expected to just leave our bags so we could explore. Instead, they had us wait in the rooftop restaurant, had drinks and food using our 200 Dirham voucher. In a few minutes our Junior Suite room was ready. We walked in our room and was amazed at our beautiful room, sprinkled with red rose petals all over the bed, bathroom, etc. It was a wonderful treat! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location is great, near eating places, and tourist spots. We highly recommended this Riad!
