Excellent stay with my 7 years old daughter. It is integrated with a shopping mall with plenty of amenities and restaurants. However, the hotel does not provide any room service for food, therefore, no after hours meals if you feel hungry. Children would love the hotel with many activities and their toys/equipment are well-kept. Definitely love to return to this hotel again!

This is a great option for young families and those visiting the area. The hotel’s hot pools, Red Lantern roast duck set meal, and rooms are a highlight, and the there are plenty of activities for kids. The hotel is located next to a large mall with a Carrefour in the bottom for any shopping needs. Highly recommend.

Hotel was ideal for family, especially with young children as the hotel has activities to keep them occupied & most importantly happy. Excellent service from the check-in counter staff, Jasmine, whom assisted with all our queries.

8/10 Very good

Great family hotel with a lot of activities for kids. You can occupy them all day with the cars. You can skip their breakfast, hotel can be more well maintained, it looks rather neglected

Super kid friendly hotel

Clean and comfortable room with serviceable features. Very kid friendly hotel, highlight being the cars on level 8. The buffet breakfast was pretty average. The famous restaurant lived up to it's reputation.

The male hotel manager on duty the night we check in was amazing, his service was outstanding. He changed our room for us when we requested for a different floor and even helped us with our luggage. The room was comfortable and had a tent for the children to play / sleep in. My 2 boys had a blast riding their bikes along the corridor and parking them right in front of our room. It might get a little noisy with all the kids driving around but it was really one of a kind experience and super fun for the kids. The hotel is also connected to a shopping mall and hotel guests are able to book movie tickets for free as long as there are available seats in the cinema! Unique hotel and wonderful staff! A big thank you!

The hotel has amazing facilities for children including battery powered cars for the kids to drive around the hotel. Crazy and fun. Free cinema tickets for the multiplex in the adjoining shopping centre and a good swimming pool.
