It's an ok hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff. Our room was poorly cleaned, there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Hotel was fully booked so we could not change rooms.

Very Good location, walking distance to the centre, shops, restaurants and even to Aarlanda express station. Breakfast also fine with large variety and choice of food and drinks. They don’t want loyalty they just all your money

Terrible check-in. I stayed often in Scandic hotels in Stockholm when visiting. Now I have to wait until 16:00 hours to check in without having to pay to 200 Swedish kronor for early check-in even though plenty of rooms was available since long. It makes you feel you are a valuable returning customer. Not! I will consider other options from now on in Sweden as this was appalling.

The service was bad. No phone in the room to ask for more blankets or other amneties you have to take the elevator and ask at the reception every time. The cleaning of the room is the worst, didnt clean the bathroom and didnt wipe the tables in the room. When we just arrived the sofa bed was closed and when we opened it it was dirty and old blanket and pillow was there. the flooring (carpet) was disgusting and even the couches were stained.

Kvavt i rummet gick ej andas eller öppna fönster ordentligt. Saknades glas på rummet och en lampa var sönder. Ville avboka vistelsen, personal försökte hjälpa och var super trevliga men chefen total nekade trots inget av våra problem kunde åtgärdas för det hade fullt. Rummet var ej som på bilder och var mycket slitet och kändes riktigt sunkigt. Blev lovade kompensation dagen vi checkade in och ville avboka med skulle vänta på chefen som skulle jobba dagen efter. Väl morgonen efter bemöts vi mycket otrevligt av denna man och har inte fått någon återkoppling ännu.
