My wife & i always stay here with friends. They have parking in the basement. Been coming back here for the last 2 years. Room is clean & quiet. Aircond is good. No need card to power your hotel room. Just check the toilet before u use. Mostly all rooms have bathtub. For the Hotel lobby toilet maybe have cockroaches sometimes so watch where u walk. Kettle for boiling hot water can take from reception. Pls check before u boil water some of it is dirty inside. If u need anything else just go down reception. Room phone not working. Swimming pool take the elevator till the last floor then walk up the stair no direct elevator & no pool bar. Just lazy chair & pool. Manager (older guy) Khun Lit very friendly. And so are the entire staff. Shops are nearby & all kinds food too. Soi 8 itself has lots of bar & massage parlours

I stayed there last year in one of the newer rooms and it was great. This year I stayed in one of the older rooms and it was way past due for on upgrade. The staff was nice and very helpful. I moved from my first room for a couple of days to the room I ended up with. I was not going to move again. I learned to not book for more then a week at a time

Step in the place of 1980 building style. Been staying here since after the pandemic. The manager & staff are all friendly. Typewriter still being used for guest record & hotel slips

Good value for money. Location is perfect

Rooms are spacious and clean. Noise from night life was moderate but if you come to Pattaya this should not be an issue (not loud but not silent either ). The view on the terrace (where the pool is ) is perfect. View to the sea from a distance and buildings. Around all the nightlife the city has to offer. Walking distance from the main shopping center, Hilton Hotel, beach , night life in general.

The lobby & elevator somewhat classic just like when i visited 5 star Ramada back in 90s when i was a boy. I’m a nostalgic person. But when comes to the room. It blew my mind on how spacious it is. Rooftop pool amazing. Will stay here again. Car park have limited space but for motorbike is ok. If you’re fan of South Indian food can try it at the lobby area.

AN OLD HOTEL RUN ON A SHOESTRING

The Highfive hotel is centrally located for most adult entertainment. The hotel is old and needs a lot of money spent on it. Having said that, the rooms are perfectly acceptable with the added bonus of a bathtub. It seems that the hotel have rented part of their foyer to an Indian restaurant. This means that as you step out the lift the air is pervaded with the smell of Indian food. All in all the hotel served its purpose for me, but I would not return.

Lil gem of a hotel in an A+ location

By western standards this is a 2-3 star hotel that is outdated. However, I upgraded to a nicer room with a double balcony and double glass sliding doors. I enjoyed this room despite no safe and no microwave. Good cable TV options and cold AC. Wifi was fine. Nice rooftop pool with plenty of loungers to sun. Cleaning staff did a nice job keeping my room tidy. Manager and front desk guy were incredibly helpful with just about any inquiries or help I needed during my stay. Location is great just one block from the beach and half a block from Central Pattaya mall. Easy walk to plenty of entertainment, but the mall is key due to the massive food court with tons of options. I will stay here again next visit.

At this price point it delivered on value of a comfy convenient quite stay in central location. Facility could definitely use some eye pleasing updates, so just have to overlook the small things. Staff very friendly in working with Expedia to confirm early check out and refund. Location is great next to Central Pattaya mall with great food court. Yet amidst all the actions you actually get good sleep, in fact more noise from air con than streets below. Room size is decent but, no toiletries, no inroom safe, single chair that barely slides under so impossible to sit like a table. But hey small tradeoffs to save big dollars I'm ok.
