Hotel is in a perfect location, just walking distance from old town. Comfort double room is a spacious room and the breakfast is great. This is a good choice for a hotel in charming Dinkelsbuhl. Check in was a breeze, staff is friendly and restaurant options in the area are a lot!

Very clean, centrally located, and well-appointed hotel in a spectacular setting. We had some issues at check in, but I think it was an unusual situation. The family apartment we stayed in was lovely. My only complaint was that with the current extreme heatwave in Germany, there was no reprieve in the heat for sleeping. If there were fans in the rooms or screens on the windows, we would have slept better.

Wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and available. The rooms were clean, towels and linens great. Breakfast was excellent in the hotel restaurant. The only surprise was that parking cost extra. Even parking on the street had a fee. Still a great place. I will go there again next stay.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Hezelhof Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: Das Hotel liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der wunderschönen Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden kann. * Frühstück: Das morgendliche Frühstück war super reichhaltig, frisch und ließ absolut keine Wünsche offen – der perfekte Start in den Tag. * Service: Ein riesiges Lob geht an das sehr nette Team. Alle Mitarbeiter waren überaus herzlich, aufmerksam und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und individuell (z.B. Galerie mit Küchenzeile). Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit tollem Charme und erstklassigem Service. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können den Hezelhof jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

Esse foi meu hotel favorito! Equipe MUITO atenciosa. Destaco a Debora, uma das colaboradoras mais que simpática, agradável, aliás todo os staff do hotel era muito bom. O hotel fica numa cidade pequena mas extremamente charmosa. O quarto era muito grande, agradavel . Café da manhã impecável. Importante ressaltar que nas cidades da rota romantica é praticamente impossivel estacionar dentro das muralhas, normalmente se estaciona fora, em estacionamentos publicos. No caso de Dinkelsbull, é uma caminhada muito agradavel por parques e construções antigas.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich höflich und zuvorkommend – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend, und selbst kleine Sonderwünsche, wie ein zusätzliches Abendessen für unsere Tochter, wurden ganz unkompliziert und flexibel ermöglicht, obwohl wir ursprünglich nur Halbpension gebucht hatten. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
